What data we process and why
If you use the contact form you give us your full name, e-mail address and the text of your message. We use them only to reply to your request.
- Legal basis: steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
- Providing the data: optional, but without it we cannot reply.
Recipients
Messages are delivered to ACME&Co’s mailbox. Data is processed by the providers of the website and e-mail services (hosting provider and e-mail service provider), appointed as data processors. If a provider is established outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (for example an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies, does not use analytics tools and does not embed content from other sites. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. For this reason no cookie banner is shown.
To limit spam, the contact form keeps an encoded form of the IP address for one hour, solely to count submissions. The server hosting the site also records technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and proper operation, for the periods set by the hosting provider.
If we introduce analytics tools or third-party content in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before enabling them.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@acmeconsulting.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
